At Card Traders Australia, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect decisions, or buyer’s remorse.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to trading cards, sealed products, and accessories.
2. Cancellations and Restocking Fees

We understand mistakes can happen when placing orders.

Due to the high volume of fraudulent and automated orders, all order cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

This fee covers payment processing costs, administrative handling, and inventory management.

The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

By placing an order on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Preorders

All preorders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

Release dates provided are estimates and may change based on distributor or supplier updates.

If Card Traders Australia cannot fulfil your preorder, you will be offered a full refund.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with your claim, please provide:

Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect items

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options (at our discretion):

Replacement of the item (if available)

Card Traders Australia reserves the right to decline claims if evidence is insufficient, if the notification period has passed, or if the product meets our condition standards.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact us promptly.

We will open an investigation with the courier, which can take up to 14 business days.

If the courier confirms the package as lost, we will provide a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved (for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items), Card Traders Australia will cover return postage costs.

For any other discretionary returns, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. How to Request a Refund or Lodge a Claim

8. Processing of Refunds

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
